Nigeria got her independence on 1st October 1960 from Britain and has had the chance to witness the leadership of 15great men.

The country is considered as one of the most populated in the world and it is evident that each of these presidents played a role in the development of the country to what it is today.

Nnamdi Azikiwe was the first president of Nigeria after she was detached from the queen of England. So many others have risen and fallen as presidents in Nigeria some due to coup d’etas and other reasons. This has made some presidents to be termed “bullet to ballot presidents”.( presidents who were once in the military )

The current president of Nigeria is the 78 years old Muhamadu Buhari who took over from Goodluck Jonathan in 2015.
